Actor Tenoch Huerta said Marvel Studios’ forthcoming film “Avengers: Doomsday” will feature “twenty-something” characters, forcing the narrative to be more condensed and giving each hero a smaller part than in previous ensemble installments. Huerta added that he learned he had been cast only five hours before the studio publicly unveiled the lineup. Huerta also disclosed that he has already shot scenes alongside British actress Vanessa Kirby, whom he described as “a great and spectacular coworker.” Marvel has not formally commented on the size of the cast or the production timetable for the movie, which is expected to advance the multiverse storyline at the core of the studio’s post-Infinity Saga slate.
