The Jonas Brothers launched their JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour on 10 August at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, marking the trio’s 20th year as a band. Mid-show, Joe Jonas introduced longtime friend and former co-star Demi Lovato, who joined the brothers for a surprise performance that drew sustained applause from the sold-out crowd. Lovato and Joe Jonas reprised the Disney Channel staples "This Is Me" and "Wouldn’t Change a Thing," songs they last sang together more than a decade ago in the “Camp Rock” films. “We haven’t done this for almost ten years,” Joe told the audience, with Lovato adding it “might have been longer,” underscoring the nostalgic weight of the reunion. Joe had prefaced the duet with a solo rendition of “Gotta Find You,” another track from the 2008 movie. The tour supports the group’s seventh studio album, “Greetings From Your Hometown,” released 8 August. More than 40 dates are booked across the United States and Canada through November. Opening-night guests included Jesse McCartney, Switchfoot and Dean Lewis, while later stops are expected to feature rotating collaborators. Ticket demand is being watched closely as the band seeks to translate two decades of fan loyalty into a multimonth stadium and arena run.
