Producer Metro Boomin has set July 22 for the release of his new mixtape, "A Futuristic Summa." The project, hosted by DJ Spinz, follows the July 4 drop of lead single "Slide" featuring Roscoe Dash. Metro said on social media the tape will feature roughly 20 tracks and "an all-new cast" of guest artists, marking a departure from his usual slate of collaborators. "A Futuristic Summa" arrives after a prolific stretch for the St. Louis native. Last year he and Future scored back-to-back Billboard 200 No. 1 albums—"We Don’t Trust You" and "We Still Don’t Trust You"—while the single "Like That" opened at No. 1 on the Hot 100. The pair earned five Grammy nominations earlier this year.
