Several hundred people gathered at Antler Stadium, a high school stadium in Kerrville, Texas, on the evening of July 9 to participate in a worship ceremony honoring the victims of the catastrophic flash floods that struck the region over the July Fourth holiday. The floods have claimed at least 120 lives, with over 160 individuals still reported missing. The community has also established a growing memorial known as the "Wall of Hope" in downtown Kerrville, featuring names and photos of those lost in the disaster. The memorial continues to expand as recovery efforts and search and rescue operations remain ongoing. Additional commemorative events, including a rosary service at Kelly Catholic High School, have been held to support the grieving community in Central Texas.
