Riley Minix drained a fall-away jumper at the overtime buzzer to give the San Antonio Spurs a 93-91 victory over the Utah Jazz in NBA Summer League play Tuesday night at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. Utah forward Kyle Filipowski continued his prolific summer with 35 points on 11-for-19 shooting, 11 rebounds and a thunderous game-tying dunk with 1.9 seconds left in the extra period. The second-year big man is averaging 29.3 points through three games, but the Jazz shot just 37 percent overall and could not capitalize on his output. Minix’s winner spoiled the NBA debut of Wisconsin product John Tonje, who supplied 16 points for Utah. The loss dropped the Jazz to 0-3 in Vegas; they wrap their scheduled slate Wednesday against the Washington Wizards. The Spurs improved to 2-1.
