Calls include reinstating $7.1 million for the Community Composting program, $22 million for litter basket service, reversing cuts to early childhood education, investing in marketing and outreach, and funding full-day, full-year seats. Additionally, demands are made for the restoration of $53 million for cultural institutions, $75.6 million for cultural institutions, $58.3 million for libraries, and addressing budget cuts affecting services at Rikers Island.
