Florida prosecutors have dropped a misdemeanor domestic-violence charge against Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins, ending the criminal case that stemmed from his 13 July arrest in Fort Lauderdale. The Broward State Attorney’s Office said its review of police reports, surveillance footage, body-camera video, text messages and witness statements found insufficient evidence for a reasonable likelihood of conviction. Judkins, 21, had been accused of striking a woman during a car ride on 7 July. Prosecutors cited conflicting accounts, a lack of independent witnesses and the late reporting of the incident in their decision not to proceed. The move clears the way for the former Ole Miss standout—the only player from Cleveland’s 2025 draft class yet to sign his rookie contract—to rejoin the team as training camp continues.
The sexual assault case against former Texas wide receiver Isaiah Bond has been no-billed and he faces no further criminal charges, according to his agent. Bond went undrafted this spring and is currently a free agent. https://t.co/NRFiCAYdy7
