Donald Trump is facing renewed scrutiny over allegations of harassment and bullying within his 2016 campaign. Four women of color who worked for the campaign have challenged a policy that prohibited employees from speaking negatively about Trump, his family, or his companies. These women have accused the campaign of using aggressive legal tactics to silence them, including bullying and harassment. Trump has also complained about violations of his free speech rights. ProPublica reported that these fights have been waged out of the public eye with scorched earth tactics.
