Verily Life Sciences, a health care subsidiary of Google's parent company Alphabet, has announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from South San Francisco to Dallas. The company, which develops tools and devices to collect and organize health data, will take over another floor in a high-rise near DFW International Airport and double the size of its office lease at Cypress Waters. Verily aims to double its workforce in North Texas within the next 18 months while maintaining a strong presence in the Bay Area. The move was reported by the San Francisco Business Times.
