Several real estate firms and organizations, including NextHome, Keller Williams, and Fathom, have reached settlements in various commission lawsuits. Plaintiffs' attorneys are seeking nearly a quarter billion dollars, or $220 million, from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and HomeServices of America (HSoA) in these settlements. Fathom has agreed to settle for $2.95 million. Additionally, Keller Williams has settled some lawsuits tied to its profit-sharing program. Curbio has settled a fraud case, while maintaining its partnership with NAR.
