OpenAI has vacated its former headquarters in San Francisco, a space exceeding 37,100 square feet, which was previously leased by Elon Musk. The property, located in the Pioneer Building, is now available for sublease on the San Francisco market. This move comes after a public rift between Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, and OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT. Musk had been paying the rent for OpenAI's headquarters before severing ties with the platform in 2018.
