Sheila Warren, the inaugural CEO of the Crypto Council for Innovation (CCI), has announced her decision to step down from her role in January 2025. During her tenure, Warren significantly expanded CCI's global presence and established it as a leading voice in the digital asset ecosystem. Warren's departure comes at a time when the crypto industry is facing regulatory scrutiny, with the SEC's top corporate reporting official, Erik Gerding, also planning to leave his post at the end of December 2024.
