Evolve Bank has confirmed that 33 TB of user data was compromised in a cyberattack conducted by the Russian ransomware group Lockbit. The breach, reported by Protos, occurred a month ago after an employee accidentally clicked a malicious link, leading to the theft of personally identifiable information (PII). Affirm, among other companies, has admitted that customer information was affected by this ransomware raid.
