CNMC Approves Six's OPA on Aquis, Plukon Food Group's Acquisition of Avícola Hidalgo, and MHP's Acquisition of Uvesa

Secondly, Plukon Food Group is set to expand its operations in Spain through the purchase of Avícola Hidalgo, a deal that has also been authorized by the CNMC. Additionally, the Ukrainian company MHP has gained formal approval from the Spanish government to acquire Uvesa and its affiliated companies, marking a strategic investment in the Spanish poultry industry.
