The initial purchase reported on June 16 involved 10,100 Bitcoin valued at approximately $1.08 billion. Subsequent purchases included 245 Bitcoin for $26 million on June 23, increasing total holdings to 592,345 Bitcoin worth about $41.87 billion, representing roughly 2.82% of the total Bitcoin supply. On June 30, Strategy acquired an additional 4,980 Bitcoin for $531.9 million, bringing total holdings to 597,325 Bitcoin valued at $42.4 billion. The average purchase price for the latest acquisition was reported at around $118,940 per Bitcoin. Concurrently, Strategy announced plans to raise capital through stock offerings to finance further Bitcoin purchases. These capital raises reflect Strategy's aggressive approach to increasing its Bitcoin holdings amid ongoing market activity.
