Ondas Holdings Inc. said it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Apeiro Motion in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at $12 million. The deal is expected to expand the Massachusetts-based developer of wireless data solutions into motion-control technology; closing terms were not disclosed. Following the announcement, Northland Securities analyst Michael Latimore reiterated an Outperform rating on Ondas and lifted his 12-month price target to $5 from $4.25, a 17.7% increase. Latimore cited a 555% year-over-year jump in revenue, a growing backlog and a robust bookings outlook for the second half of 2025 as key drivers for the higher valuation.
