US spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded a record weekly net inflow of approximately $2.85 billion from August 11 to August 15, 2025, marking their highest weekly total to date. In comparison, Bitcoin spot ETFs saw net inflows of around $548 million during the same period, with BlackRock’s IBIT ETF contributing $888 million in net inflows. Ethereum led crypto investment products with $2.87 billion in weekly inflows, accounting for 77% of the total $3.75 billion inflows into digital asset funds, which lifted assets under management (AuM) to an all-time high of $244 billion, according to CoinShares. Solana-based digital asset products, including ETPs, ETFs, and funds, attracted $176 million in inflows last week, marking the seventh consecutive week of inflows and pushing year-to-date totals to $1.05 billion. Additionally, Circle minted $1.25 billion worth of USDC stablecoins on the Solana blockchain in the past week, bringing the 2025 total to $24 billion. Ethereum spot ETFs saw net inflows of approximately 649,000 ETH, with the price closing near $4,500. The market share of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs among all US-listed ETFs rose to a record 1.6%, with the implied allocation to these cryptocurrencies increasing eightfold over two years. Stablecoin supply for Ethereum also increased by $278 million in the last 24 hours. XRP and Litecoin experienced outflows, while Solana and Ethereum continued to see strong inflows. These developments indicate a growing investor preference for Ethereum and Solana-based digital assets amid expanding tokenized asset markets, which now have an all-time high assets under management of around $270 billion across various asset classes including digital currencies, commodities, treasuries, private credit, equity, and venture capital.
