Stockholm's OMXS30 index reached a new record high, closing up 0.9% on January 23, 2025, marking its second consecutive record. The broader OMXSPI index also rose by 1.2%. Swedbank and Sandvik emerged as key contributors to the index's performance, with Swedbank reporting stronger-than-expected results and raising its dividend by 43% to SEK 21.70 per share.
