U.S. stock market futures have faced sharp declines, with S&P 500 E-mini futures falling by up to 2.2%, Nasdaq futures dropping as much as 3%, and Dow Jones futures declining by up to 1.8%. Russell 2000 futures also fell by 2.3%. These declines come after a historic rally earlier in the week, where the S&P 500 recorded its third-largest single-day gain since World War II, driven by President Donald Trump's announcement of a 90-day pause on certain tariffs. Major stocks, including Apple and Tesla, have seen premarket losses exceeding 3%. Analysts indicate that market volatility remains high despite the temporary tariff reprieve.
