Primate Labs Launches Geekbench AI 1.0 for AI Performance Testing

Primate Labs has launched Geekbench AI 1.0, a new benchmarking suite designed to evaluate artificial intelligence performance across various platforms, including iOS and macOS. This tool allows users to conduct comparable measurements of AI performance, focusing on edge AI and device neural processing units (NPUs). The release marks a significant development in AI performance testing, providing technologists with advanced tools to test system-on-chips (SoCs) and NPUs. The rebranding from Geekbench ML to Geekbench AI reflects its expanded capabilities in cross-platform performance testing.

You know we love it when we get tools to test NPUs! :) We have been testing many SoCs with the Geekbench AI. @MaxWinebach published some thoughts on what this new tool means and results of the current crop. https://t.co/AvDYrIDP9J
