Super Micro Computer Inc. said it has begun shipping its new four-socket X14 servers built around Intel’s latest Xeon 6 processors. The systems are designed for artificial-intelligence, database and other mission-critical enterprise workloads and are certified for SAP HANA and Oracle environments. The company claims the servers deliver up to 50% higher performance than the prior generation.
