BP has completed crude oil quality inspections at all pipeline facilities associated with the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, confirming that the oil meets specifications up to the Ceyhan terminal. During tank inspections at the Ceyhan terminal, BP detected the presence of organic chlorides in some tanks. The company has taken measures to manage these tank issues and affirmed that normal operations at the terminal continue without interruption.
