Turkey's exports reached a record high in June 2025, with an 8% increase year-on-year to $20.5 billion, marking the highest monthly growth in the past year, according to Trade Minister Ömer Bolat. The annual export figure also set a new record, rising by 3.2% to $267 billion. Meanwhile, Turkey's agricultural output for 2024 hit $74 billion, a 7% increase from 2023's $68.9 billion, as announced by Agriculture and Forestry Minister İbrahim Yumaklı. This milestone placed Turkey among the world's top seven agricultural producers, driven by strong yields in cereals, vegetables, and fruits. Additionally, Sakarya emerged as the seventh largest export city in Turkey, bolstered by its automotive sector.
