Bella Ramsey, the Emmy-nominated star of HBO’s “The Last of Us,” said in an 18 August interview with Variety that they would like to don the Spider-Man suit, praising incumbent actor Tom Holland but suggesting Marvel Studios could "maybe" create a new iteration for them. Ramsey also revealed that they only recently began watching Marvel films, starting with an Andrew Garfield “Amazing Spider-Man” installment a few months ago. Separately, in comments echoed by GameSpot and other outlets the same day, Ramsey floated the idea of reuniting with former co-star Pedro Pascal for a bank-robbery heist movie. The pair last appeared together in the second season of “The Last of Us,” which secured 16 Emmy nominations ahead of the 14 September ceremony. Ramsey said they are frequently asked about Pascal and that the two remain in contact, although production details for the already-green-lit third season of the HBO drama have yet to be set.
