Ukraine's Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-UA) has issued a warning about Russian government-linked hackers targeting the country's defense sector with phishing attacks. The attackers are using phishing emails disguised as invitations to legitimate conferences to compromise systems. The Russia-linked group, identified as UAC-0185, employs malware delivered via PowerShell scripts and HTML applications to deploy remote control tools such as MeshAgent.
