Supreme Court Rules for Trump on Private Social Security Data; Justice Jackson Criticizes Emergency Measures, Elon Musk Reacts

The Supreme Court delivered a favorable ruling for the Trump administration in a case involving private Social Security data. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, one of the court's more liberal justices, expressed concern over the decision, warning that it sends a troubling message and may reflect preferential treatment toward the Trump administration. She criticized her colleagues for what she described as a 'systemically corrosive' approach, accusing them of repeatedly adopting emergency measures to expedite wins for the administration. The ruling has drawn attention from various commentators, including Elon Musk, who expressed disbelief at the outcome.
