Former Revolut executives have successfully raised $2.3 million in pre-seed funding for their new venture, Bleap, a self-custodial payments application. The funding round was led by Ethereal Ventures. Bleap aims to provide users with the ability to spend stablecoins using linked debit cards, offering fee-free on/off ramps and annual percentage yields (APYs) of up to 13.2%. The app is currently in beta on the Arbitrum One network and is designed to facilitate global money transfers directly from users' crypto wallets without incurring conversion fees. Bleap is also onboarding European users and plans to expand globally.
