
Hedgehog Protocol, a company dedicated to simplifying and optimizing blockspace and gas markets, has successfully closed its pre-seed funding round, raising $1.5 million. The round saw participation from venture capital firms such as Marshland Capital, Tenzor Capital, Prometeus Ventures, 3Commas Capital, and Nothing Research, along with angel investor Vasiliy Shapovalov. In a separate development, Berlin-based insurtech startup INSRD has raised a €500k pre-seed round from ecosystem angel investors including Alexander Grimm, Florian Huber, and Daniel W. Dippold, alongside tech executives and venture capitalists. INSRD, part of Vision Lab Cohort 5, aims to use workflow automation and AI to help companies mitigate unnecessary risk.
