Venture investors are pouring fresh cash into startups that use so-called “agentic” artificial-intelligence systems to automate regulatory and workflow chores, backing three young companies with almost $62 million this month alone. Delve Technologies secured the largest tranche, a $32 million Series A led by Insight Partners. The New York-based startup says more than 500 enterprises already use its AI agents to handle tasks such as code scanning and infrastructure monitoring across frameworks including SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR. The new capital will fund hiring and an expansion of the product to additional compliance regimes. San Francisco- and Bengaluru-based Composio followed with a $25 million round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, lifting its total funding to $29 million. The company provides a connective layer that lets AI agents act inside business applications such as Gmail, Salesforce and GitHub. Composio counts over 200 paying customers, generates about $1 million in annualised recurring revenue and plans to grow its workforce from 25 to 40 this year. Earlier in July, London-based Zango AI emerged from stealth with a $4.8 million seed round led by Nexus Venture Partners. Its regulation-aware AI agents continuously track changes in financial rules to keep clients such as Novobanco, Monzo and Juni audit-ready, and the startup is hiring in London and Bengaluru while building additional modules for its governance, risk and compliance platform. The flurry of deals underscores rising investor confidence that autonomous AI tools can turn compliance—long viewed as a cost centre—into a real-time, data-driven advantage for banks and other heavily regulated industries.
I've been working on a new type of advanced agent for months now (will be sharing more info soon). I tried integrating pretty much every MCP service on the market. They all sucked, except for @composiohq. Very cool that they've now raised $25M. This company is going to go far! https://t.co/ERDMBVGXI7
Super excited to partner with @composiohq as they build the most important layer for AI to become fully agentic in a reliable, repeatable way. Composio's RL is now so good that a customer we spoke to improved multi-tool/multi-step action accuracy from <15% to >90% reducing their https://t.co/FFHdDW0NT0
Huge congratulations to the @getdelve team on their $32M Series A! From a cramped MIT dorm room to a category-defining company, Delve is building AI agents that automate compliance, freeing teams from busywork so they can focus on what truly matters.
