Composio, a San Francisco- and Bengaluru-based developer of infrastructure that connects autonomous AI agents to business software, has raised $25 million in a Series A round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. Existing backers Elevation Capital and Together Fund, along with angel investors including HubSpot founder Dharmesh Shah and Gokul Rajaram, joined the financing, bringing the company’s total capital raised to $29 million. The startup’s cloud platform provides pre-built integrations with more than 3,000 SaaS and on-premise applications, handling tasks such as authentication token management so that agents can act on email, CRM, code repositories and other systems without custom code. Composio says a reinforcement-learning layer lets agents improve performance and share task knowledge over time. More than 200 enterprises pay for the service and over 100,000 developers use the tools, according to co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Soham Ganatra. Annualised recurring revenue has passed $1 million. The new funds will be used to expand engineering and research, increasing headcount from 25 to about 40 by year-end, and to deepen the product’s capabilities as demand for agentic AI rises.
