Nexos.ai, a new AI orchestration platform, has emerged from stealth mode with $8 million in funding led by Index Ventures, with participation from Creandum and Dig Ventures. The platform, founded by Tomas Okmanas and Eimantas Sabaliauskas of Nord Security, aims to simplify the deployment and management of AI projects for enterprises. Nexos.ai provides access to over 200 AI models, including those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta, through a single API. The platform offers features such as smart model routing, load balancing, and intelligent caching to optimize performance and reduce costs. It also includes security and compliance controls to ensure data privacy and reliability. The funding will support the platform's launch in Q1 2025 and its testing with international companies for use cases like automated customer support.
