The company utilizes AI agents to automate troubleshooting processes, aiming to reduce the pain and cost associated with incident response for engineering teams. Traversal’s platform leverages large language models and causal analysis to improve site reliability engineering (SRE) workflows. The cofounders, including Anish Agarwal and other MIT machine learning PhDs, have already secured multiple Fortune 100 customers. Additionally, Warp, a company specializing in HR and payroll solutions, announced an $18 million Series A round led by Sound Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator and other investors.
