The Legends add-on, scheduled for 2026, revives the co-operative mode first introduced in Ghost of Tsushima. According to a PlayStation Blog post, the update will feature two-player story missions and four-player survival matches. Players will be able to choose from four character classes and face demonic, oversized versions of the Yōtei Six alongside other new enemies. The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer and concept art, but Sucker Punch said additional details will follow closer to launch. Legends will be delivered as a downloadable update and will require an internet connection and PlayStation Plus for online play.
