Crown Castle Intl is reportedly undergoing mass layoffs. Agilent Technologies, a Bay Area company worth $38 billion, laid off 184 workers. Best Buy is also laying off employees due to falling sales. The Silicon Valley biotech firm has chopped more than 150 jobs.
