British activist Tommy Robinson, whose legal name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, pleaded not guilty at Southwark Crown Court on 3 July to two counts of harassment causing fear of violence against MailOnline journalists Andrew Young and Jacob Dirnhuber. The charges arise from a series of telephone calls, posts and direct messages on X made between 5–7 August 2024 in which Robinson allegedly told one reporter “I’m coming to get you” and warned the other “I’ll be knocking at your door,” while also posting edited photographs of a journalist’s family. Judge Tony Baumgartner listed the case for a five-day jury trial beginning on 19 October 2026, with a pre-trial review on 5 October 2026. Prosecutors told the court that, although no direct threats of violence were made, the messages were intended to cause fear. Robinson, 42, maintains that he was trying to question the reporters about what he claims was the publication of his family’s whereabouts and denies any intent to intimidate. Robinson remains on conditional bail until the trial. If convicted, he could face a custodial sentence; harassment causing fear of violence carries a maximum penalty of five years’ imprisonment.

It should be obvious to anyone at this point. The establishment is more interested in investigating Rupert Lowe's inquiry into the Pakistani rape gangs than investigating the actual Pakistani rape gangs. The coverup is real and the evidence of it is everywhere https://t.co/Gq1MR5ZAfb
🚨 UPDATE: Rupert Lowe has now been cleared by the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner https://t.co/33fRiBhZoH
