$VSAT: JPMorgan Downgrades to Neutral from Overweight - PT $15 (from $29)

Several major companies have been downgraded by prominent financial institutions. Morgan Stanley has downgraded Nestle SA to Underweight, citing concerns over its 2025 P/E based valuation and expected lower organic sales growth (OSG) compared to peers. Wells Fargo downgraded Colgate-Palmolive (CL) to Underweight with a price target (PT) of $100, noting potential relative underperformance despite a modest downside and a valuation of 24x CY26e EPS, in-line with its 15-year average. Additionally, Micron's price target was lowered to $100 from $140 by Morgan Stanley, maintaining an Equal Weight rating. Jefferies downgraded SolarEdge Technologies (SEDG) to Underperform, reducing its PT to $17 from $27, due to a muted outlook post the RE+ event. Other downgrades include AGRO by Morgan Stanley to Equalweight with a PT of $12.50, FYBR by JPMorgan to Neutral with a PT of $38.50, and GOLF by Jefferies to Hold with a PT of $75.
