Sutter Health has reached a $411 million settlement in a long-running antitrust class action lawsuit over allegations of abusing market power to inflate prices for insurers and individuals. The lawsuit challenges the classification of deferred compensation plans as 'top-hat plans' under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and seeks to protect funds from Steward's bankruptcy estates.
