
Boeing has been fined $51 million and three employees charged for violating the Arms Export Control Act. The violations involved unauthorized exports of technical data, including to China, related to various US military weaponry such as fighter jets and missile systems. The US State Department confirmed that the alleged violations were voluntarily disclosed and mostly predate 2020, with Boeing cooperating with the review.
