U.S. Commander Says China’s Tactics Falter in South China Sea Disputes

A senior U.S. military commander said China has stepped up what he described as aggressive behavior in the South China Sea, but has so far failed to compel neighbouring countries to surrender their maritime rights in the disputed waters.
