
Multiple arrests have been made in connection with organized retail theft incidents across different locations. In Travis County, five minors were arrested for vehicle break-ins. In California, three suspects were charged with stealing $310,000 worth of merchandise from luxury retailers. Additionally, a former UPS worker was charged with stealing and reselling $1.3M in Apple products. The LAPD and Attorney General Bonta held a press conference regarding action against organized retail crime suspects. The suspects targeted high-end stores such as Prada, Versace, Gucci, and Lululemon products stolen from Seattle. Authorities announced major retail theft busts in California, including a crew in custody after fleeing from police in Southern California.
