AvailProject, a modular blockchain initiative spun out of Polygon in 2023, has successfully raised $27 million in seed funding to enhance its Web3 infrastructure. The funding round, which took place in 2024, was co-led by Founders Fund and Dragonfly, with additional investments from SevenX Ventures, Figment Capital, and Nomad Capital. This capital injection will support the development of Avail's projects, including the Avail DA, and further its mission to streamline the rollup experience for users. AvailProject aims to use the funds to execute its three-phase roadmap, the Avail trinity, which focuses on unifying multiple ecosystems within the Web3 space, leveraging the $TIA token.
