Coinbase is expanding its cryptocurrency offerings by adding support for various perpetual futures contracts on its platforms, Coinbase Advanced and Coinbase International Exchange. The addition includes Wormhole ($W) perpetual futures, which will be available from 9:30am UTC on April 4, 2024, in eligible regions. Following this, Coinbase will also introduce ORDI and Worldcoin (WLD) perpetual futures, specifically the ORDI-PERP and WLD-PERP contracts starting from 9:30am UTC on April 11, 2024. These new contracts will allow trading with up to 10X leverage for those in jurisdictions outside the US and UK. Initially, the W-PERP market will enter a post-only mode, allowing customers to post and cancel limit orders without matches for a minimum of one minute. The ORDI perpetual futures are identified as BRC20 MEMECOIN ORDI.
