The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has postponed its decision on whether to approve options trading for spot Bitcoin ETFs. Initially set for a decision by March, the SEC has extended the deadline to April 24, citing the need for additional time to evaluate the proposals. The SEC has also opened a comment period for public input on this matter. Meanwhile, notable investment firms such as Grayscale, BlackRock, Fidelity, and ARK Invest are involved in new and net flows of spot Bitcoin ETFs.
