Wormhole has launched MultiGov™, a new product in its suite aimed at advancing chain abstraction and cross-chain DAO governance. This initiative marks the first step in Wormhole's staking roadmap, supporting Mainnet and EVM Layer 2s. MultiGov™ allows $W token holders to participate in governance staking by selecting delegates. ScopeLift, in collaboration with Wormhole and Tally, has been integral in developing MultiGov. Additionally, Wormhole has airdropped $W tokens to the Monad community, leading to speculation of reciprocal airdrops. Delegates who assign their roles before June 10th will receive a special Discord role. Monad has raised $225M, adding to the interest in potential airdrops.
