On June 5, the SEC will host its annual asset management conference featuring discussions on digital assets and tokenization. SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce will participate alongside panelists from major financial firms including BlackRock, Fidelity, and Franklin Templeton. Following this, on June 9, the SEC's Crypto Task Force will convene its final crypto industry roundtable dedicated to DeFi. The roundtable will include representatives from Jito Labs, Coin Center, Venice AI, MetaLeX, and Espresso Systems, with notable participants such as Bitcoin pioneer and Venice AI founder Erik Voorhees. These events underscore the SEC's ongoing engagement with emerging trends in asset management and crypto regulation.
