Nukkleus Forms Baltic-Israeli Aerospace Venture Targeting $124 B MRO Market

Nukkleus Inc. said on 29 August it has formed a strategic joint venture with Israel’s Mandragola Ltd. aimed at expanding the U.S. company’s aerospace and defence operations across Europe and Israel. The partners intend to build advanced manufacturing zones in the Baltic states and Israel and develop a NATO-compliant logistics hub in Riga to support both civil and military aviation needs. The venture will focus on aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, fleet modernisation, resale and leasing. It also plans to invest in early-stage Israeli aerospace and defence start-ups. The companies are targeting a share of the global MRO market, valued at about $110 billion this year and forecast to grow to $124 billion by 2034. Governance will be overseen by a five-member board and an advisory panel that includes two former Israeli Air Force pilots. Nukkleus described the alliance as the centrepiece of its pivot toward aerospace and defence, following a recent distribution agreement with BladeRanger and its pending acquisition of Star 26 Capital.
