HP Inc. reported strong Q2 2024 earnings, surpassing both top and bottom-line estimates. The company achieved an adjusted EPS of $0.82, exceeding the estimated $0.81, and generated $12.8 billion in revenue, above the expected $12.6 billion. Despite a 0.8% year-over-year decline in overall revenue, HP's Personal Systems segment saw a 3% increase to $8.43 billion, while Printing revenue fell by 8% to $4.37 billion. CEO Enrique Lores highlighted the expected significant impact of AI PCs, forecasting that 10% of PC shipments in the second half will be AI PCs, with this figure rising to 40-60% in three years.
