Mark Zuckerberg has provided new insights into Meta's advancements in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies. During a recent podcast, Zuckerberg discussed the development of neural wristbands and AR glasses, highlighting that the neural wristbands have elicited enthusiastic reactions from early testers. He also indicated that a prototype of Meta's holographic AR glasses, which features full interactive holograms, is nearly ready for public demonstration. Additionally, Meta's Quest 3 headset performed exceptionally well in Q4 last year, generating over $1 billion in revenue for Meta’s Reality Labs during the holiday period. Zuckerberg also compared Meta's Quest 3 headset favorably against Apple's new Vision Pro headset. Footage of Meta’s VR goggles shows an upgrade that puts floating computer screens all around the user.
