Nasdaq, Grayscale, and Bitwise Seek Approval for Ethereum ETF Options Trading on NYSE

According to an August 6 regulatory filing, the Nasdaq options exchange has requested U.S. regulators to allow options trading on spot Ethereum ETFs. This move is part of a broader trend, with Grayscale and Bitwise also seeking approval for options trading on their Ethereum ETFs, including the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust. The NYSE American has similarly requested the SEC's approval to list and trade options for three Ether ETFs from Bitwise and Grayscale. The SEC is currently seeking public input on the NYSE's proposal, which includes a proposed rule change to amend Rule 915.
