France Inter remained the country’s most-listened-to station in Médiamétrie’s April-to-June 2025 survey, attracting about 7 million daily listeners—a record high for a season’s end and the fourth straight year of growth. The public broadcaster’s flagship 7–10 a.m. programme led by Nicolas Demorand, Léa Salamé and Sonia Devillers alone draws nearly 5 million people each morning. RTL consolidated its position as France’s leading private radio outlet with more than 5 million daily listeners, marking a third consecutive ratings increase. Europe 1 continued its recovery, reaching 2.554 million daily listeners, an annual gain of roughly 195,000. Across the market, total radio reach slipped to 37.66 million daily listeners, about 500,000 fewer than a year earlier, according to figures reported by Le Parisien ahead of the official Médiamétrie release.
